Choose the account and recovery channel that belongs to you. GCNM will send a secure reset link to the verified email address or mobile number on that account.

The secure link is bound to the selected account type and expires after 60 minutes.

Use the mobile number already recorded on the account. GCNM will send the same secure reset link by SMS; it expires after 60 minutes.

For security, GCNM sends the link only when the mobile number matches an eligible account in the selected account directory.
